Our Support Specialist assists smallbusiness clients throughout the customer life cycle, providing bilingual (English and Spanish) support via phone, email, and chat. You will help clients resolve account issues and guide them on optimizing their job board usage to achieve hiring goals. The role includes delivering technical support, troubleshooting platform issues, and offering consultative insights to help clients maximize performance and hiring success.

Responsibilities

  • Have a consultative approach to understand the client’s pain points and suggest a solution approach to “WOW” them.
  • Be the client’s product expert across their ever-growing suite of products. Educate their clients so that they get the most value.
  • Be driven to achieve Clients Centric KPIs such as CSAT and Conversion.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to job postings, account functionality, integrations, billing concerns, and platform navigation.
  • Assist clients in interpreting analytics and performance data to optimize hiring outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams when escalations or system‑level investigations are required.

Required Skills

  • Must be fully bilingual (English & Spanish), with strong professional communication (oral and written) in both languages.
  • Ability to learn quickly and exhibit tech savviness; your curiosity and passion mean that you can get up to speed and have an impact from day one.
  • Passionate about helping customers find a resolution to their problems
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities
  • Adaptable to work in a changing environment and to actively seek feedback and incorporate it into your work style
  • Motivated to handle a high volume of inbound volume each day leading to positive client outcomes
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor and portrays the company in a positive light.
  • Proficient in internet navigation and MS Office.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to walk business clients through platform workflows and issue resolution.
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non‑technical users in both English and Spanish.
  • Experience handling B2B interactions, including managing expectations and delivering professional, solution‑focused communication.

 

 Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 CXC passes or equivalent qualification is preferred, or a combination of experience and related skills and the ability to pass internal assessments.
  • 1+ year experience in customer service or business-to-business client support is preferred.
  • Prior experience supporting bilingual customer bases or working in multilingual customer environments is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting SaaS platforms, HR technology, recruiting tools, or job board systems is a strong asset.
  • Proven experience in online advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, recruitment advertising, or staffing agencies (preferred)
  • Proficient in internet navigation.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
