IBEX is looking for an IT Security Analyst – GCSO (Sec Ops). To protect IBEX infrastructure from emerging threats and help organization in achieving its business objectives. This position acts as member of Security Operations team and must have strong concepts of threat hunting and incident response. This position will coordinate with other IT teams and actively perform log analysis, dashboard monitoring and security incident escalations/investigations and vulnerability assessments.

• Constantly review and monitor the security dashboards and security alerts
• Participate in security incident & response activities
• Active coordination with other IT teams to triage the security alert or an incident.
• First level response for security incidents and queries.
• Actively look threats and indicator of compromise within the environment.
• Coordinate with vendor to open support cases and for status update calls.
• Work closely with IT Security teams to maintain and improve security posture.
• Support Security Operations to meet the audit and compliance requirements.

• BS/MS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology
• CompTIA CySA+ or CompTIA Security+ or any other related certification is preferred
• 2-3 years of professional experience in IT Security field
• Must have a passion to work in the IT Security field
• Does have experience in: SIEM, Vulnerability Assessment and Log Analysis    
• Comfortable working in EST. hours
