Overview

The Digital Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies for ibex on all active social media platforms. This role involves creating engaging content, maintaining social media interactions, and analyzing performance metrics to drive successful hiring initiatives.

Responsibilities

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Monitor and manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.), ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely responses to inquiries.
  • Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content tailored to our target audience, including graphics, posts, and videos that promote our BPO services and culture.
  • Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and interactions promptly to foster a positive online community and enhance employer branding.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to implement new strategies that increase engagement and reach.

Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Content Calendar: Create and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to plan and organize upcoming posts, campaigns, and events, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare a detailed monthly report that analyzes social media performance, including engagement metrics, follower growth, and hiring statistics derived from social media activities.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with the recruitment marketing team to design and implement targeted social media campaigns aimed at attracting qualified candidates for various agent BPO positions.
  • Data Analysis: Assess which social media platforms generated the most successful hires and provide actionable insights for future recruitment strategies.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the BPO or recruitment sector.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Skills:

  • Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and content strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
