Overview

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Senior Sourcing Specialist is responsible for creating and driving the IBEX Jamaica sourcing strategy to attract targeted talent that consistently meets high volume staffing needs. He/ She is adept in building community partnerships and organizational relationships that support talent development and sourcing. This individual is proficient in using relevant tools and social media platforms to reach the target market which fuels a robust high-volume talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality candidates by utilizing strategic sourcing and pipelining methodologies, business intelligence, internal and external networks, professional organizations, social media, branding initiatives, and technology tools in support of strategic business objectives in partnership with Recruiters and Hiring managers.
  • Plans and maintains Referral Program ensuring referral contribution according to hiring needs, through onsite events, employee engagement and POCs involvements.
  • Sources and identifies talent that is found through traditional active sourcing channels and partnerships.
  • Manage candidate inquiries on social media and job boards.
  • Generate, update, follow up, analyze and report sourcing and lead generation data and results, for proper trend and result measuring.
  • Ensure recovery and conversion rate of leads into viable applicants from all established sources.
  • Plans recruiting events on site and externally as needed.
  • Supervises the Sourcing Specialist and Sourcing Coordinator
  • Provide weekly reports and monthly Plan of action to support the talent pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiter or in a role including recruiting responsibilities.
  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus, but not required.
  • Preferred experience in high-volume recruiting.
  • Experience with ICIMS or similar applicant tracking system is desired.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws regarding employment and hiring practices is a plus.
